Competition

INTERVIEW

The Interview Competition follows a panel-style format, providing each contestant with the perfect opportunity to showcase their confidence, personality, and ability to represent the crown. Judges will focus on getting to know you as an individual, assessing qualities such as communication skills, poise, and authenticity.

There will be no political, religious, or textbook-style questions. Instead, the interview is designed to highlight your strengths, ambitions, and what makes you the ideal Queen.

Contestants are expected to wear professional business attire, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of a true titleholder.

ON-STAGE Q&A

Each contestant will have 30 seconds to respond to a randomly selected question while on stage. The question will not be provided in advance, ensuring a fair and spontaneous opportunity to showcase poise, confidence, and quick thinking under pressure. This segment allows contestants to express their personality, articulate their thoughts clearly, and demonstrate their ability to represent the crown with grace.

FASHION WEAR

Step into the spotlight and own the runway in a spectacular fashion showcase. Contestants will model an outfit of their choice that exudes red carpet glamour, allowing them to express their personal style with confidence and elegance.

This high-energy competition provides the perfect platform to demonstrate runway presence, poise, and individuality on a national stage. Whether it’s sleek sophistication or bold couture, contestants are encouraged to embrace their unique fashion sensibilities while delivering a standout performance.

Please note that denim attire is not permitted.

EVENING GOWN

All delegates are required to wear a floor-length gown that is age-appropriate and reflects the elegance of the competition. This segment is judged on grace, poise, and overall presentation, emphasizing confidence, stage presence, and the ability to command attention with sophistication. Contestants should select a gown that enhances their unique beauty while embodying the prestige of the crown.

Pre-Pageant Scoring: Evaluating Leadership & Impact

Before stepping onto the stage, titleholders will be assessed on their commitment, professionalism, and representation throughout their reign. This evaluation considers:

Community engagement through appearances and platform initiatives
Dedication to service and advocacy efforts
Professionalism and conduct, both in person and online
Timely communication with the National Office and adherence to deadlines
Behavior and leadership during pageant weekend

This scoring ensures that every contestant embodies the values of excellence, integrity, and impact—qualities that define a true queen.

State/International Costume - Mandatory Independent Competition

In this exciting competition, delegates will present a custom-designed outfit that represents the nickname, landmark, or cultural symbol of their state or country. Contestants have full creative freedom to design and embellish their costumes, bringing their vision to life with bold colors, intricate details, and striking accessories.

Judging Criteria:

Contestants will be evaluated on:

Creativity and originality of the costume
Execution of modeling and stage performance
Confidence and personality displayed on stage
Overall stage presence and audience engagement

This segment is judged separately and does not impact the total score of other competition phases or determine the winner of the national titles. Contestants may select a music track that aligns with their theme, provided the selection is appropriate and meets content guidelines.
