How It Works

Apply — Free (June 15- August 31, 2026)

Personal intro video · Advocacy platform · Service history · Leadership summary · Written statement (500 words min.)

No fee to apply.

Review (Sept 1–15)

Committee evaluates S.E.R.V.E. alignment, service credibility, and territory fit. Not a competition — a selection process based on character and impact.

Appointment (Sept 18)

Accepted applicants receive a formal offer letter. $350 enrollment fee (Due by September 25th) activates appointment, box fulfillment (Boxes start shipping out October 1st), and portal access.

Reign Begins Nov 1

12-month service-based reign. Monthly hours · Impact reports · Impact Points · Community advocacy · Program challenges.

Term of Reign

​​Ambassador term: 12 months from official acceptance date. *NON-CONTRACTUAL*

Ambassadors may reapply for advancement after their year term if eligible. Three systems. 12 divisions. 12,192 territory slots. Five advancement tiers from Ambassador to Lifetime. Applications free. Enrollment fee paid upon acceptance.

Ambassador Responsibilities

• Ambassadors are expected to complete the following:

• Minimum of 10 verified service hours per month

• Represent the organization professionally at all times

• Maintain respectful and appropriate social media conduct

• Attend required virtual meetings and trainings

• Submit monthly impact reports

• Support fellow ambassadors and program initiatives​​
