PaRus Global Ambassador Agreement & Acknowledgment

​

By electronically submitting this application, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by PaRus Productions, including but not limited to the S.E.R.V.E. initiative guidelines, digital deadlines, evaluation criteria, and program fees.

Payment & Fees Policy

​

I acknowledge that all fees paid to PaRus Productions are non-refundable under any circumstances, whether in full or in part. This policy applies to:

​

  • Ambassador Enrollment & Entry Fees

  • Digital Advertising & Magazine Fees

  • The Royal Box (Crown, Sash, and Apparel)

  • Any additional fees paid by Ambassadors, sponsors, or advertisers.

​

Key Deadlines for the 2026/27 Class

  • Final Deadline to APPLY for Ambassador Program: August 31, 2026

  • Final Balance Deadline: September 30, 2026 (Required for regalia shipping and program activation)

  • Note: Failure to meet deadlines or submit required service documentation may result in a deduction of Impact Points or suspension of the Ambassador title.

Liability & Media Release

  • Liability: I agree to hold PaRus Productions, its directors, and staff harmless from any claims, damages, or losses occurring during my participation in virtual sessions or optional in-person events (including the 2027 Summit).

  • Media & Publicity: I grant PaRus Productions the right to use my photographs, digital content, speeches, and videos for promotional purposes across all social and print media without compensation.

Ambassador Titleholder Agreement

Should I be appointed as a 2026/27 Ambassador, I understand that:

  1. I am a representative of the S.E.R.V.E. mission and must maintain a professional and positive digital presence.

  2. I must complete the minimum required service hours/Impact Points to maintain "Good Standing" status.

  3. Failure to adhere to this agreement or the Ambassador Code of Conduct may result in the revocation of my title without refund.

The "Impact & Entrepreneur" Incentive Program

Support your Ambassador or promote your business through our Official Global Impact Magazine (formerly the Program Book). This is a premier digital and print publication that showcases our ambassadors' service work to a global audience.

Ad Submission Guidelines

  • Ads must be submitted in high-resolution PDF or JPG format (Full Color).

  • Email submissions to: PageantsRUSProductions@gmail.com.

  • Please ensure all text is within a ¼-inch margin to allow for professional layout trimming.

The Entrepreneur Award & "Fund Your Reign"

  • The Entrepreneur Award: The Ambassador with the highest ad sales exceeding $300 will receive this prestigious award plus a 10% cash commission based on her total sales.

  • Sponsorship Opportunity: Selling ads is NOT required. However, you may use ad sales to offset your Ambassador enrollment fees. You MUST notify the National Office if you intend to use this "Fund Your Reign" option.

If you are a business or family member purchasing space to support a leader, please include:

  1. The Ambassador’s Full Name

  2. The size of the ad (Full Page, Half Page, or Quarter Page)

  3. Your business logo or personal message.

ENTRY FEES & INVESTMENT

​Every crown at Pageants "R" Us Productions is an investment in yourself and we believe in being straightforward about what that investment is. Here, you'll find the entry fee for every program we offer, with no hidden costs and no surprises after you commit.

 

Live National Pageants

$500 entry fee

​

Imperial Nations Pageant · Miss Black Eminence · Miss Eminence Plus · Ms. Imperial Eminence Legacy · Miss Sovereign Eminence

​

Your entry fee covers full participation in all phases of competition at our live national weekend, including your private interview, all on-stage phases, your program book inclusion, and every official event of the competition weekend.

​

Payment plan: A $150 deposit reserves your state, regional, or country title. Once your deposit is received, your State Queen's box is ordered and shipped. Your remaining balance may be paid in installments, with the entry fee paid in full by the published deadline. Invoices are issued by the National Office on request, and your balance appears at the bottom of every invoice.

Collegiate Pageants

$350 entry fee

​

Miss Black Eminence Collegiate · Miss Sovereign Eminence Collegiate

​

Our collegiate entry fee is intentionally set below our open national systems, because we know what a college budget looks like. Your fee covers all six phases of competition — private interview, oratorical presentation, talent, evening gown, academic and leadership portfolio review, and on-stage question — plus program book inclusion and full participation in the competition weekend.

​

Each collegiate winner receives a $750 scholarship plus more prizes based on sponsorship. 

​

Payment plan: A $150 deposit reserves your place, with the balance payable in installments before the published deadline. Proof of current enrollment is required with entry.

​

The PaRus Princess Program

$150 entry fee

​

Our youngest royalty deserve a stage of their own and a price that lets families say yes. The Princess Program is our introduction to pageantry, designed to be low-pressure, high-celebration, and genuinely fun for our littlest queens. Every participant is recognized, every participant is celebrated, and no child leaves our stage without a moment of her own.

​

Virtual Pageants

$75 base entry, plus optional add-ons

​

Compete for a title from anywhere in the country. Your $75 base entry covers all required phases of competition — no travel, no hotel, no airfare. Add-on competitions and optional awards are available à la carte, so you build the experience that fits your budget and your goals.

​

Virtual entries include your official title consideration, judging by a qualified panel, and your crown and sash shipped directly to your door.

​

About the Second Chance Interview

$65 

​

Exclusive only to Miss Sovereign Eminence, our national practice pageant. After you receive your instant interview feedback, you may elect a complete re-do of your interview before an entirely different three-judge panel. Only your higher score counts. The Second Chance Interview can help you, and it can never hurt you. Elected on site, once per contestant.

​

Payment Policies

  • Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in the competition.

  • Balances may be paid in installments. Final payment is due by the deadline published in your entry packet.

  • We do not accept checks, and payments cannot be accepted at the door.

  • Entry fees are non-refundable. Contestants unable to compete may request a one-time deferral to our next event of the same type, in writing, before judging opens.

  • Invoices are issued by the National Office upon request ONLY! Email us and we'll send yours.

A Note on Sponsorship

Many of our contestants never pay their entry fee out of pocket. Local businesses, family, community organizations, and employers regularly sponsor delegates in exchange for program book recognition and social media features and we provide every contestant with sponsorship request templates and guidance in her packet. If cost is what's standing between you and the stage, talk to us. We've helped queens find a way.
